basal cell cancer showing typical vessels and ovoid nests

The blue grey ovoid nests seen here are very typical, the vessels also are classic, note the taper, angles and curves, and very good focus throughout. The latter (clean focus for whole length of vessel)  is a typical feature of BCC vessels. Pink background, no features of any other kind of skin lesion, couldn’t really be anything else.
