blue blobs and arborising vessels

This large nodule on the back contains numerous ovoid and irregular pigmented structures and the typical tapering, curving and very well focussed vessels of a BCC. A very odd lesion.

It is not always possible to tell a pigmented BCC from a melanoma, therefore they should be fast tracked.
