another BCC

This dermoscopic view of a basal cell cancer shows three of the four classic features-pink background, arborising telangiectatic vessels and irregular pigmented structures. They are typical blue-grey ovoid nests here. The absence of micro ulcers is irrelevant. A very clear cut diagnosis of BCC.

here’s the same image autocorrected. Are the features any clearer?

ACTUALLY-I think I can now see a couple of very small micro ulcers on this illuminated view, 2 tiny yellow/orange areas one each side about half way up the lesion. Not certain, but on reflection I think these may well be micro ulcers. Doesn’t alter the diagnosis, but of interest.
